Bella Hadid On Weight Loss – Reveals Her Diet & Workout Secrets

Bella Hadid, the Victoria’s Secret fashion show model and the top model of brands like DKNY and Calvin Klein is always in a good shape. This is probably because she has some good genes and a model good looks run in the family which is evidenced by her model mom Yolanda Hadid and sister Giga Hadid.

Yet, Bella is found to log more than few hours at the gym as she prepares to walk in at her very first Victoria’s Fashion Show. Her body will be surely on display and a subject of scrutiny. Her recent weight loss has been talk of the town and the model herself admitted that her body has changed a lot since she entered fashion industry.

The young model exclusively told People, “She has lost weight and gained weight” during her fitting for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Because of strict dieting and exercise, she had once accidentally lost too much weight.

She told People, “She worked out so intensely that everybody was like, ‘Oh, she looks skinny and blah, blah, blah’”. The 20-year-old model will be walking for the Victoria’s Lingerie Show in Paris in few weeks for the very first time. She is supposed to wear only two ensembles and look confident wearing only underwear.

She also added, “Her weight fluctuates so much but did not mean to lose weight at all”. Like she wants her boobs and her ass back. But it’s totally not her fault. Her weight fluctuate and so does everybody’s and if people judge on it, that’s the worst thing you can ever do possibly because everybody is different.

The young model thinks that sticking to something can really make you achieve something. Bella has been eating hard protein every day and working out for 3 hours daily. She knows it’s crazy but yes, if you set your mind to something you can succeed, Bella said.

“Everybody here is self-conscious and every single person has insecurities in this world, Hadid added. Bella further said it is crazy but she thinks when other people look at the VS models or other girls walking on the ramp, they are like, ‘they are not human. They don’t have any insecurities.’

But according to Hadid, every girl who is going to walk probably has an insecurity.” And here is Hadid’s ass which she wanted to be bigger.

When it comes to her fitness goals, she swears by discipline even when she travels a lot for work, she sticks to her diet routine. Hadid says, she likes to eat healthy food and does not eat crazy plane food.

In fact she always likes to make sure that her diet is good and stay hydrated and stuff. And that she basically does. Besides, she has cheat days as well, she admits. After wrapping up her fitting at the VS headquarters, “she will eat pasta right now and recommends other to have a piece of bread if you want to have it right now.”

As for her training, she loves to work out with Rob Piela at Gotham Gym. He is the same man who is assigned to train many of the VS models which includes her sister, Gigi Hadid.

“He is really the best man and the only rule is that you must work with him one-on-one,” Hadid says.

She literally can’t workout with anybody else. It has to be her and him and if she works with other people, she freaks out.

Bella easily manages to budge up for eating well and exercising even when she is running around with her on-gain beau The Weekend. She always stays in shape and is focusing more on her body shape for her high profile event. In fact, she broke up with her beau to completely focus on the event.

Bella Hadid’s Workout

Bella Hadid’s tones abs and legs are not the result of any overnight miracle but is the result of lot of effort and time put in the gym. She never gets agitated doing this, luckily she enjoys it. According to E! News,

“Bella loves to workout, she trains hard and workouts for 2 hours.”

Bella Hadid sticks to something and does it really hard. “If she is going for it, she will go hard and she really likes it.” “Bella used to work out for 3 hours a day before 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show,” told Hadid to People.

She is recently training with former UPenn football player and celebrity personal trainer Joe Holder. Joe designed a new training technique called Ocho system which is truly a holistic perception to fitness which promotes physical wellness and productivity.

Joe told The Path magazine, “He teaches his clients to be healthy and guide them on their health journey while allowing them to have their own awakening.”

“He always treats his VS Angels like athletes and so uses compound exercises and micromovement,” Joe told to W magazine. “I’m big into conditioning, using battle ropes, Airdyne bikes, Prowler and of course their feet,” he said.

She has also worked with Rob Piela at Gotham Gym, the boxing gym that her sister Gigi often visits. Though rob Piela renders group fitness, Bella chooses to work out one-on-one.

In an interview with E! News, Hadid said, “There is cheats and treats in her diet pretty regularly and loves to eat doughnut on the set.” Her diet is mostly clean particularly before her runway show. According to People, she had been eating hard protein every day and loves to follow a healthy path even when she travels.

Right now, apart from her diet and workout, Bella Hadid is focusing on getting down on Victoria’s Secret runway with full confidence. She only wishes that her whole VS fashion show goes well. She says, “She only hopes that she doesn’t get too nervous about being in her lingerie when she is out there.”

This world’s biggest show will be no doubt pinnacle of her modelling career.
