Kim Kardashian West, a famous public figure known for curves but lately it’s her ‘weight loss’ that everyone is talking about as her follower thinks that she has slimmed down way too far.

Well, talking about Kim’s diet and nutrition, her nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz disclosed her diet’s secret that helps the star to keep her figure in shape.

 

It’s all about protein to keep her hunger at bay and less sugar, revealed by her nutritionist to Elite Daily. She further says, “The body is built to circulate about 1-2 teaspoons a single time… but if you continue to drink sugar and eat carbs, they get turned into sugar into your body… and a lot of sugar converts into fat, and that is how you gain weight.”

Colette explained in her interview, “Kim has been doing this for long time. She lost 60 pounds with first pregnancy and 70 pounds with next pregnancy. She all did it in college with her dad.”

Kim gets controlled mentality for carbohydrate. She better knows how to cheat when not willing to lose weight, which things are actually best for her and which carbohydrates to choose.

Expert continued to explain, “When you pick carbohydrates, pick highest fiber carbohydrates available and also make sure that you indulge some healthy fat with meal.
